The answering service, without the per-call bill
Human answering services charge by the call and cap what they will do. ClerkBird is one flat monthly subscription: it answers every call the same way at 3am as at 3pm, and hands you structured intake instead of a message slip.

Where a human service is still better
A distressed caller, a garbled connection, a caller who refuses to speak to a machine — a trained receptionist handles all three better than any model does today. Most firms end up with both: ClerkBird on nights, weekends and overflow, and a person during the hours that justify one. That is what the coverage setting is for.
