Refund Policy

The policy

Request a refund within fourteen days of your first paid invoice and we will refund it in full, without asking why. This fourteen-day period applies to the initial purchase of a ClerkBird subscription.

Paddle is our merchant of record and processes the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

After fourteen days

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate partial months after the fourteen-day refund period.

Annual subscriptions cancelled after fourteen days are not refunded for the remainder of the term, but service continues until the term ends.

Overage charges

Conversation time beyond your plan allowance reflects calls actually answered for your firm and is not refundable. If you believe such a charge is wrong, contact us and we will check the underlying call records with you.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the account owner's address with the subject Refund request. One sentence is enough.
